GIFTS AND CARDS
Mailing cards and packages for individual children has become unreliable and is not recommended. Post cards appear to be successful. Alternatively you could email the Amanecer contacts outside of Bolivia to determine if anyone is planning a trip to Bolivia and could take packages for you. Another method is to send money for a gift to a contact outside of Bolivia and indicate it is for a gift and a staff member in Bolivia will buy it for you.
